National Crossbow Association was founded in 2022, with a Mission dedicated to promoting the safe, ethical, and responsible use of crossbows in hunting and outdoor recreation. We are dedicated to providing education and resources to hunters and enthusiasts, ensuring that crossbow use contributes to wildlife conservation, respects natural habitats, and upholds the highest standards of ethical hunting practices. Through community engagement, we strive to build a supportive network that fosters camaraderie, respect for wildlife, and a shared commitment to preserving our outdoor heritage for future generations."
KEVIN MCMILLEN
Board Member & Founder
Kevin McMillen founded the National Crossbow Association with the intention of advancing the sport and protecting the laws and regulations that allow the use of the crossbow in hunting and sporting applications. He has held several leadership roles both professionally and on volunteer basis, and has combined his passion for Crossbows with his spirit of leadership.
TIFFANY LLOYD
Board Member
Tiffany Lloyd has spent the better part of the last 25 years in the legal world. When she is not in her office, she is an avid outdoorswoman and especially enjoys hunting and fishing alongside her husband. Tiffany’s unique experience, both professionally and personally, make her an asset to the National Crossbow Association and its mission to advance the use and consideration of crossbows in all sporting activities and game management, as well as all other relative aspects of hunting, conservation and philanthropy.
DAVID RIEDER
Board Member
With over 15 years as an insurance agent, David finds balance in the outdoors, where he discovered his passion for hunting. Now, he is dedicated to honing his skills with crossbows and passing on the traditions of hunting to the next generation. Whether at work or in the wild, David is always preparing for the next season, fostering a deep connection with nature, family, and the future hunters who will carry on this legacy.
JON LLOYD
Director of Community Involvement
Jon is a lifelong hunter, farmer, and advocate for outdoor sports, serving as the Director of Community Involvement for the National Crossbow Association. With a passion for hunting traditions and natural resource stewardship, he works to strengthen connections within the association and promote responsible hunting practices. Jon also has a successful career in construction sales, where his relationship-building and communication skills complement his advocacy for hunters and farmers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, family, and friends.
